ATTENTION:

1. Compatibility: The USB C to HDMI cable only works with USB-C laptop/ cellphone/ tablet that supports DP Alt Mode (video output over Type-C port) or Thunderbolt 3.

2. Charging: The USB port only supports 5V/1A charging, we don’t suggest you to charge for laptop as it will very slow. When connect cellphone, please use original charging power adapter.

3. NOT Bi-directional: Only transfer signal from USB C laptop to HDMI monitor. Can NOT connect PC to PC or PC to cellphone!!!

4. If your USB-C host supports DP Alt Mode but the cable doesn’t work, we suggest you:

1) Please make sure that you have chosen the correct input source. For example, your TV has three HDMI ports 1, 2, 3, when you connected HDMI 1, you should choose HDMI 1 as your TV’s input source with your TV’s remote control.

2) Update the BIOS and graphic card driver from your laptop’s official website, then restart your laptop to try again.

3) Set the laptop’s resolution as 1080P or lower.

4) Keep the cable connected stable and tighten. Don’t move the cable, laptop and monitor during using.

For Cellphone:

1) The HDMI Cable doesn’t support Dex.

2) It is NOT compatible with Galaxy A series phone for example Galaxy A11/ A31/ A70 and etc.

6. NOT compatible with IOS or MacOS system devices with lightning port.

USBC to HDMI with USB Charger Cable Support Mirror and Extend Mode

1. Mirror and Extend Mode Settings:

–For MacOS, Top left corner icon–>System Preferences–>Displays–>Mirror or Extend Displays;

–For Windows 10, press Windows key + P combination command–>choose Duplicate or Extend.

2. Sound Settings:

–For MacOS, Please go to left corner icon–>System Preferences–>Sound–>Output, choose your TV as the sound output.

–For Windows 10, please click right bottom of your sound emailicon–>choose your TV as the sound output.

–For TV, if you are running MacOS, you probably need to go to Launchpad–>Other–>Audio MIDI Setup–>DisplayPort–>Output–>Please choose 2 ch 16-bit integer.

3. Input Source Setting

–For TV, using remote control button to select hdmi signal.

— For Monitor, in most instances, it can automatically identify the source of the signal. However, some monitors require manual setting. If you don’t know how to set, please feel free to ask questions from Amazon Message Center and we will give you a satisfactory answer within 24 hours.
