How to connect this wireless controller？

First, turn off the controller, and then you need to select the modes on the back of it, according to the device you want to connect to. Finally connect to your device via Bluetooth.

Does it support windows 10/11?

It supports Windows 10/11. Due to version issues, it can only support wired connection Windows 11.

Tips:

If your desktop computer’s motherboard or network card does not have a built-in Bluetooth module, it will not have Bluetooth functionality and cannot connect to the controller.
