Can the RGB microphone boom arm be used to mount the HyperX QuadCast?

Yes. The HyperX QuadCast weighs 0.6kg, and our boom arm can support up to 1.5kg (3.3lbs). It also comes with a 3/8’’ to 5/8’’ screw adapter, making it compatible with all commonly used microphones on the market.

Will the boom arm become loose after prolonged use?

No, it won’t loosen. We have strengthened the metal plate at the joints to ensure durability and prevent any loosening, even with prolonged use.

How do I activate the lighting on the RGB microphone boom arm?

The lower arm of the boom arm has a Type C interface, so all you need to do is use the USB cable provided and plug it into your PC’s USB port or a charger (5V/1A). The lighting can be customized through the app.

Is the installation and setup of the boom arm complex?

Just secure the boom arm to the desk and it’s ready to use. The lighting on the boom arm is plug and play. We provide installation videos and detailed instructions in the manual for reference.

Can it be adapted to fit my desk thickness of 5cm?

It can be adapted. The T20S can support desks with a thickness of 2.36” (6 cm), but it may not be installable if the desk has irregular shapes or uneven edges at the bottom.
